I don´t know how claim, the last order that not arrived, please help me

Primarily, log on to your HobbyKing account (if you openened one that is) and select the relevant order and follow the directions.
If you paid using PayPal, open an Item Not Received dispute.
Likewise if you used a credit card.
If you paid in any other way, you are at the mercy of HobbyKing customer service.
