to give u a idea on what im wanting to do u can watch this video if u want.
Use the car transmitter and receiver with the car ESC you already have.
Run the servos y-leaded from the car rx steering port but supply the power to them via an external BEC.
The jittering you are getting indicates the servos are not being supplied with adequate current from your car ESC internal BEC, as it was only really designed to power 1 servo. Not 5.
Get a 5A or higher amperage BEC and power the servos with it.

i did try a DC-to-DC switching buck converter but the servos still jitter -
