Hi, ned help setting up Turnigy Marine 70A.
either it does NOT run at all or it runs max sped With no controlle.
Set up one at a timer or both at ons?

You need to calibtmrate the ESC's to your transmitter throttle lever. Check the ESC instructions on how to do it.
