finally got round to putting it together powered up no action from left wing aileron servo also right wing servo judders when operated. 3 burnt out servos later found the wires had been crossed in one of the y leads causing a short opened up the connector and found that one of the clips had been prised back to change the wires over looks like sabotage as opposed to manufacturing mistake

    Servo wires should be as follows:

    Futaba type: white (signal) red (+ve) black (-ve).

    JR type: orange (signal) red (+ve) brown (-ve).

    Red MUST always be centre of the plug, so burning out servos cannot happen if a plug is inadvertently inserted the wrong way round. Anything other (bar a few rare systems) than red in the centre will destroy servos and other things.
