Video Switch ?

I just hooked up a 3 channel HobbyKing video switch, two cameras using a Taranis. When I power up the quad camera one comes on, great, when I flip the switch it goes to camera two, great, BUT, when I flip the switch back to camera one nothing happens, It stays on camera two until I repower the rig.
Does anyone think that this video switch could be bad?
