Re : Issues with return of claim - no response from customer service

I had purchased 2xHobbyKing® ™ X-Car Beast Series ESC 1:8 Scale 120A
One worked whilst the other had an issue.
I requested a refund/replacement and was promptly sent a replacement.
Upon testing these ESC's again, I noticed i could not select the 3rd running mode (Forward/Reverse).
I tried using the LCD programming card (alone, and with a PC) but it only allows me to select only one of the first two running modes (1st Forward w/o Reverse and 2nd Forward w/pause and reverse). It is clearly indicated on the user manual that this mode is available. I contacted the customer help and spoke to Rich. B (Hobbyking support centre) and we tried to update the software. Unfortunately, this did not work.
I then raised a claim on the hobbyking website, and was requested to send the ESCs back.
Unfortunately, I do not have the means to send back the ESCs.
I have sent numerous additional messages (27th Dec and 4th Jan) on the claim, but not receiving any replies.
Can someone please urgently sort this issue out.
