Hello! A can not do my order process (166$, weight 11kg GlobalWarehouse), because I get message:"There aren't any shipping options available at your location from this warehouse. Try providing additional address information or changing the warehouse.", please help me, guys! My city id Perm, Russia

This product contains battery which i think it can't be delivered from international warehouse to Russia.
