Good afternoon everyone,
I just received my altimeter and i'm trying to get it ready and working on my pc. Plugged it into my pc but I get the notification that it's not working. Anyone has a tip or an answer on how to get it working?
Thanks for reading.

What error message/s are you seeing and where?

'Not working' is not enough information.

The notification contains the message: 'USB device not recognised. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.'

I hope this makes it any clearer for you. Already thanks for answering!

    Operating system? Windows 10?

You will need Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge Driver

Okey, Downloaded it at silabs.c0m and after that I put my usb in my pc again. Still the same message that it malfunctioned. Do I need to open something of the driver maybe? Dont really know how drivers work. Just downloaded it and tryed it again.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks c:
