Turnigy 870E Digital Multimeter Not working as expected

Anyone else not getting theirs to read voltages correctly?

Using 200ma fused side
9v battery reads 3v and a 3.8v battery is reading .4 volts
Using unfused 10A side nothing, not even the beeper

I am not familiar with this multimeter but it sounds like you are trying to measure a voltage by using the current meter inputs. Connect to the voltage input and common.
