I am making an industrial roomba for our warehouse. It's made from an old concrete scraper, and I've removed the scrapers and put on floor brushes. It 'drives' fairly well on it's own, needing just a little push to move around and scrub the floors.
What I want to do is use an RC radio to control a small drive motor on the straight axle behind the brushes, and a small mechanical servo to run a single rear wheel to steer it around. Since the entire thing is running an umbilical to the wall, I don't need to run the receiving devices from a battery. do you know of a product I could use for the drive motor (variable voltage = variable speed?) and the rear wheel (mechanical servo on 120v?)

HK do not have 120v receiver. It's overkill for RC receiver.

Use a 9-12v DC Power Supply with an ESC with a BEC to power main propulsion motor, receiver and servo.
