Battery ban

Hi good people of HK.
We are experiencing issues with the freighting of lithium composite batteries into New Zealand with airlines refusing to carry LI-Po batteries. Does HobbyKing have an alternative shipping method to deliver the said batteries legally into New Zealand?

Many thanks and kindest regards.

You can order Batteries form the Australian Warehouse and they will get to you by boat. A little slower than you would like but it works.

About 4-6 weeks to NZ from HK Aus. Freight cost approx $14-$17ish.
Its worth it , still alot cheaper than anywhere else.
Buy 3 or 4 and the freight cost is no big deal, or find some friends to want batts , to split the freight costs.
