I just received an email to say that I hadn't replied to my support ticket in over 48 hours - but I was not aware I had a support ticket and now that I am there does not seem any way to access it? The email says to click the 24 hour support icon in the top right of the web site - there is no such link and every time I try to go via the support pages it logs me out when I click on anything. How do the support tickets now work?
