I am very disappointed. I ordered a new model and all the gear, >$600. It was shipped quickly from 2 warehouses. But one parcel went missing on route. Now I cannot fly my model.
But to make it worse, it was clearly lost as shown by the tracking weeks ago. But HK would not investigate until 14 business days had passed. Now they will not doing anything until 60 days because the courier has to investigate.
So I have to wait. If they were really helpful they would send the parts again by express.
I had it with another shipment. Tracking only tells you where it was. Then the system will not help.
