Bixler2 + 28-36 1800KV + 5000 mah

I'm just new to plane build and desing. Looking for a first rc.

After reading a lot of forums found Bixler 2 is what I need.

Also I have an idea to make some modification of this greate ariplane:

1.Have a NTM Prop Drive 28-36 1800KV motor instead of a stock one

2.Have a 5000 mah battery to maximize a flight time.

Is it a flyable combination? Or may be better to use a 4000mah?

What prop will be the best solution for this?

Thanks for your answers and sorry for a noob question.

If you have not flown before, keep it standard. A 5000mAh pack could turn it into an uncontrolled missile.

Initially you won't want to be in the air for a long time - in fact, you probably won't be.

    Thanks for your answer.

Would it be a good idea to have 28-36 1800KV motor with a small batt (1500mah)?

It is much easy to replace battery + prop compared to motor.

No . use the standard set up , its great to learn like that .

Put that motor in and you wont see it for dust ,,,,,, and lot of bits of foam .
