Dr Mad Thrust 2200kv 1600w 70mm EDF Inrunner 6S version (29mm) timonmg help please

Hi,

I have installed two of these motors in a twin edf set up, using 6 cell 65c graphene, I'm going to use the yep 100a esc's, but I don't understand what timing is all about, and what I should set it to, also Im new to edf, any ohr settings I should be aware of? any help appreciated

    Set timing to auto. Don't run them in your hand and above all, make sure you spend time balancing them. Google 'edf balancing using smartphone'.

    It is quite drawn out process, but I can assure you well worth it.

    Thanks for reply, I've balance dynamically, the did the clock method on toutube, it took ages! Hopefully itsd worked
