Turnigy 9X / Turnigy IA8 Receiver - Additional receiver options??

Grumpy_MarkGrumpy_Mark Club Members Posts: 1

I have just purchased a new Turnigy 9x with IA8 receiver.. I would like to purchase a few extra receivers, but it appears that HobbyKing does NOT sell the IA8 Receiver as a separate item..

What are my options for alternatives??

Turnigy IA6 / IA6B receiver or Turnigy IA10B receiver??

Will the FlySky AFHDS 2A receivers bind with the Turnigy 9X?

All of them, plus the HK-T6A-V2, Turnigy 8 channel housebrick size thing and anything listed as AFHDS 2A from Flysky, Eurgle, Turnigy and others.

I too have returned Turnigy9X8C V2 2.4G 8channel receiver which is not compatible with AFHDS 9x transmitter. I bought both together and got no warning about the problem. Although Turnigy iA8 receiver which comes with Tx worked fine- one cannot buy another 8 channel from HKing. It appears that HK-6 channel AFHDS V2 will be OK. What a waste of money to have Tx 9CH and receiver only 6CH.

I've got a Turnigy TGY 9X transmitter that I've recently bought 9X 8 C v2 8 channel range receivers for. Problem is that they'r rated 4.5 -6.0 volts and can't handle the 7.2 volts need to run my yachts sail winch. Anybody that needs a handful of burn't out receivers, give me a call.

Can anybody know of a compatible receiver that can handle higher voltage?

    Thanks in advance
