    its a description of a spec level with ARF(almost ready to fly) you get no motor no esc and no servos. other stuff like landing gear is model specific so you have to look. there is also RTF(ready to fly) you get everything including a remote. and PNF(plug and fly) where you need your own battery and remote. HTH
