9xpro usb problems

The Old FartThe Old Fart Club Members Posts: 27
I have 3 9xr pro transmitters.

One of them, recent purchase, is refusing to communicate via the USB port.

Usb socket was very tight to start with. But it did initially communicate with my PC (WIN10). Now when plugged in the usb light flickers on, then goes off. Even the others will no longer keep the usb connected.

Moved over to a laptop with Win Xp on. The other transmitters connect without problem, this one refuses to connect properly, not even showing as a drive on the laptop.

Moved sd cards over, and it is reading from the card.

Can only think that the usb socket is faulty / damaged.

Is the usb/card reader board available as a spare?

Cable is damaged. The same happened with one Pro I had that arrived with a nasty tight port. It wrecked two USB data cables. Known issue.WTWUK2016-05-09 23:47:55

1 cable was damaged after unplugging from 9xrpro, replacement cable worked in another pro, but this one is dead.

using the eepskye rev 419 program.

Win 10 won't recognise the Pro, Win XP does.

But it was working on Win10, on the first Pro I purchased, not not on these two anymore.
